Your Tea-Gluten Free Tiny Tea Review

August of last year, I started a cleansing program from a company called Your Tea. I purchased the 28 day gluten free version, but they also have a 14 day program available. There were so many reviews on Instagram, so after seeing other people’s results I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. I have tried so many other detox and cleansing programs and I’m always on a quest to finding ones that really work so I decided to try out tea versions. Tiny Tea is supposed to increase energy, help with weight loss, increase digestion and improve skin clarity. The first couple days I didn’t notice any changes to my appetite or energy levels. The flavor was comparable to Yerba Mate teas. It never gave me an upset stomach that I was bracing for, assuming it would be like other laxatives and slimming teas I’ve tried before. So you take this tea 3 times a day and at least 30 minutes before meals.

(Excerpt from their website)

Traditionally my ingredients have been used to assist with:

  • bloating
  • indigestion
  • problematic skin
  • cellulite
  • reduction of excess weight
  • increase energy
  • contains gluten*

Contains: Jue Ming Zi, He Ye, Shan Zha, Lai Fu Zi, Chen Pi, Mai Ya

84 teabags per box. Each teabag weighs 2.5g.

After 2 weeks, I noticed a little less bloating and my face was looking brighter. Most days I feel lethargic and always tired. So I did notice I had more energy than a few weeks prior to starting this detox. I relied on coffee at least 3x a day but I was just having one cup and sometimes couldn’t finish it because I wasn’t craving it as much.

After 28 days I felt very energized. I didn’t notice any weight loss though or any improvement in digestion, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I liked the surge of energy it gave me but the outcome I was expecting was more of the weight loss and detox side . I was really hoping it would assist in suppressing my appetite but it didn’t. Not everyone will have the same outcome and it may work on some others. Unfortunately, this tea wasn’t for me but it’s definitely a good one to have if you need a surge of energy. I recommend trying out the 14 day version to get the feel and see if it works for you.

Your Tea also has many other types of teas available and to name a few are: ‘Man Tea’, ‘Skin Magic Tea’ and ‘Fertility Tea’. I’ll definitely be checking out one or two of the other kinds and see if they work better for me and will post reviews in the future.
