Green & Pure Beauty
Hey Vancouver! Today I’m featuring Green & Pure, an Organic Skincare Beauty Shop in the Lower Mainland. The shop carries a wide range of organic and natural skincare products. I’ve been fortunate enough to try out some products they carry in store so I can share this review with you. They encourage people to make the shift towards the #organiclife by picking out products that are natural and organic.
Beauty products should be a supplement to enhance the skin’s health and help reinstate its natural protective mechanism. Our bodies are designed to repair itself naturally over time, so it’s important that we keep the balance of using skincare products with nature.
Green & Pure is located in Richmond, BC but products can also be purchased online. They carry brands like Eminence, Tata Harper, RMS Beauty, Priori, The Laundress and more. What I love about this shop is that you know everything in the store has been handpicked and are great for your skin.
One of my favorite organic brands from this list is Eminence. They carry many items for the face and body and are targeted for many skin types. They are extremely popular with Estheticians and skincare experts. I graduated as an Esthetician over 10 years ago and have attended many spa shows. Every year, the Eminence booth is always packed with fellow beauty experts waiting in line to purchase their items, myself included of course. Green & Pure has generously provided me with their Clear Skin Probiotic Cleanser, Pink Grapefruit Vitality Masque and samples of the Apricot Whip Moisturizer, Facial Recovery Oil, Stone Crop Masque and Stone Crop Hydrating Gel to try. The products smell just like the ingredient in it’s name. They are free of parabens, animal by-products, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, harmful colorants and fragrances, mineral oils, petroleum, and other harsh cosmetic chemicals.
The other item I received is the RMS beauty living luminizer. It’s a light reflecting highlighter that is certified organic. RMS beauty is a pure organic color cosmetic line that helps to hydrate, illuminate and keep your skin radiant. How great is it that there’s a makeup line that’s all organic and good for you? As a beauty addict myself, I have a huge collection of makeup products from many brands and many of them are quite toxic. There are more companies going the natural route but I haven’t seen too many that are certified pure organic like RMS.
Organic products can seem hard to find unless you’re involved in the beauty industry or if you go to a salon that happens to carry them. So it’s great to know that there’s one shop that specializes in this, making it easier to purchase them. Thank you Green & Pure for sharing these products with me, I highly suggest you check them out. Always, always, always do your research on products you use daily. Look at the ingredients first and be mindful of what is toxic to the body, and as much as possible, use products that are natural and organic to minimize toxins.
